1. What time can I arrive and settle in?
You’re welcome to enter the campsite from 2:00 PM onward.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM, so we have time to refresh the space for the next guests.
2. Is there a deposit?
Yes — a simple RM200 refundable deposit helps us keep the campground in good shape. It will be returned after your stay if everything is in order.
3. Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can cancel 28 days before arrival for a refund (minus a small processing fee), or reschedule your stay once with at least 14 days’ notice.
4. How is pax counted for children?
Children 7 years old and above are counted as 1 pax.
Children below 7 years old are not counted as pax, unless stated otherwise for certain packages or activities.
5. Can I bring my pets?
We love animals, but for the safety of wildlife and all guests, pets are not allowed at Tému Stay.
6. What can I enjoy at Tému Stay?
Explore our sand pit, splash pool, fish pond, and forest trails. Whether you’re wandering slowly or playing freely, there’s always a corner of nature waiting for you.
7. Can I charge my electric car (EVs) / camper van here?
Unfortunately, our power points are for general appliances only (phone chargers, small fans, lights etc.) — EV charging is not supported on-site. This helps ensure safety and prevents electrical overload.
8. Are there quiet hours?
Yes — from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, the campground gently winds down so everyone can enjoy peaceful rest under the night sky.
9. Is there a latest entry time to the campground?
Yes. Entry after 8:00 PM is not permitted for guests safety purposes.
Please plan your journey accordingly.
10. Can we pick fruits or flowers around the campsite?
We know it’s tempting — especially when durians are involved!
Unfortunately, fruit and flower picking is not allowed within the premises.
11. Can we play in the waterfall area?
For safety reasons, playing or entering the waterfall area is not permitted.
The natural terrain can be slippery and unpredictable — we want everyone to stay safe while enjoying nature responsibly.
12. Can I bring my own equipment?
Of course! Just follow our designated areas for cooking and activities to keep the environment clean and safe for everyone.
13. Anything I should avoid doing?
To protect the land and keep everyone safe, please avoid open fires, fireworks, disturbing wildlife, or any activity that disrupts the natural harmony of the campground. To find out more, kindly refer to our safety disclaimer.
14. Who’s responsible for my belongings?
Please keep your personal items secure — we encourage all guests to take care of their belongings during their stay.
