At Tému Stay, we understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for all guests and to help us manage the campground smoothly, our cancellation and modification policy is as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 28 days or more before arrival - 100% refund, subject to a 5% processing fee.

Cancellation less than 28 days before arrival - No refund will be issued.

No-show on arrival date

If you don’t arrive and no prior notice is given, the booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount is forfeited.

Rescheduling / Modification

For changes to your stay date:

• Must be requested at least 14 days before your arrival.

• Rescheduling is allowed once only.

• New dates depend on current availability and updated rates.

• After rescheduling, any cancellation will follow the original booking date, not the new date.
   

Refund Process

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days via your original payment method, minus any applicable administrative fees.
 

Bookings Affected by Unforeseen Events

In rare cases of extreme weather, natural events, or other force majeure situations, Tému Stay may offer:

• A date change

• Credit for a future stay

• Or a refund, depending on the situation
